Baseball Season

Justin started baseball yesterday after taking 2 years off from it. He is on the Mariners this year and was pretty bummed that he didn't get the Padres. He was so nervous for his first "at bat"...He lined up to take a swing at it...
He hit it! It was a line drive to third base...
Which allowed him to easily get on first base!
We have games every Monday and Wednesday night for a few weeks...

way to go Justin! baseball is so fun for kids. i wish Andrew wanted to play. He is so scared of failing at things, he never wants to sign up for stuff.

so cool! I can't wait for this summer when the boys start playing their sports. Do you bring the whole family to the game? He's got quite the cheer leading bunch of girls!!!

Ha ha, Justin has made it farther in baseball that Ryan did. Ryan was always afraid of the ball and could never hit it. But then, having a ball hit him in the cheek and make his face swell to the size of a basketball didn't help either.

Hi Laura,

Baseball is such a great sport! All of my brothers played. I hope to get Anthonie into it when he's a little older (thanks for the great advice.) I hope you guys have a fun summer with Justin at his games! More fun memories together!
